Which notice periods do I have to consider?
By expiry of the contract: Every insurance package comes with one month's
notice.
In the event of a claim: The cancellation must be reported to us no later than 4
weeks
after
payment of the claim.

I sold / unregistered my car. Do I get the insurance payment back?
As soon as you have registered or re-registered your car with the road traffic office, we will receive a corresponding message and cancel your contract by the date of deregistration. The overpaid will be refunded to you.
