When does the insurance coverage start?
Your insurance cover begins when the car is registrated at the road traffic office.
Do I have to go to a specific garage in the event of a claim?
No. With us you have free choice of garage.
At which bonus level do I start?
We have no bonus levels. You benefit from a fixed premium with us from the start of the contract - and should something happen, you will not be charged more.
Why haven't I received a letter with my contract documents yet?
You will receive all the necessary documents, such as the policy contract documents and premium invoices, as a pdf. File via email. If you should not find the documents, please contact us and we will send you the documents immediately.
For you, that means a lot of efficiency and attractive prices - and no unnecessary paperwork.
How high is my deductible?
Basic coverage: A deductible of CHF 0 applies to liability - except for drivers under the age of 25. The deductible there is CHF 1,000.
Partial coverage: The deductible for partial coverage is CHF 0
Fully comprehensive insurance: A deductible of CHF 1,000 applies
Are my LED / Xenon lights insured?
Yes. All glass parts, including xenon and LED, are already insured in the partially (Teilkasko) comprehensive / fully comprehensive package (Vollkasko).
Can I insure the things I have in the car?
In the fully comprehensive package (Vollkasko), items with a value of CHF 3,000 are already insured.
What does gross negligence protection mean?
If you cause damage to your car through gross negligence (e.g. overlooked a red light or disregards a stop sign), no benefits will be reduced. Incidentally, gross negligence protection is already included in all our insurance packages.
Is breakdown assistance already covered?
No. You can optionally insure this with the insurance packages.
What does the loss of use mean?
In the event of a collision event (e.g. in the event of an accident with another vehicle), you will receive up to CHF 1,000 in Switzerland / CHF 2,500 in Europe for the return journey. This serves e.g. for the rental of a replacement vehicle, the cost of an overnight stay and other expenses incurred due to the failure of the vehicle or as a result of a driver license being revoked.
